We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The packaging is intact

  • The product is in resellable condition

Pool chemicals that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used pool chemicals

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards


5. Exchanges

If the product is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Carrier rates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International shipping: Varies by country

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


4. Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
